The holding group has established its headquarters in Shanghai, with branch centers in Beijing and Shenzhen.

People's Holding Group oversees several subsidiaries, including People's Electric Group, People's Wanfeng Group, People's Industry Group, People's Supply Chain Group, and People's Financial Holding Group. Additionally, it has established five major research institutes: the New Energy and New Materials Research Institute, the Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Research Institute, the Beidou 5G Semiconductor Research Institute, the Financial Research Institute, and the Academician Platform.
